Needs work

I havent been on that much but for the times I have been its easy to sign in and easy to navigate and by the way I have called for support and they have been very helpful but as much as Kentucky has in it, looks like there would be a easier way for the ULTIMATE SECOND CHANCE players to enter their losing tickets which we have paid for, either through scanning, taking a photo or something. I know the lottery commission does not want people to have a easy way but like I say we have paid for the tickets. Also I know this is about grading the APP but I live in eastern Kentucky and I have been playing a lot this summer my winnings are not even close to what I have lost, I enjoy all the games theres too much money for all of the dead tickets I have...
